What I do

Trademarks, designs and models

I manage and defend portfolios in France and abroad: prior-right searches, monitoring, renewals, oppositions, proof of use and anti-counterfeiting.

Copyright and image rights

I secure third-party rights (models, photographers, talents, music, films) for audiovisual, digital and event content.

Contracts

I draft, update and negotiate partnership, licence, assignment, ambassador, production, agency, sponsorship and confidentiality agreements.

Clearance and advice

I carry out clearances and risk assessments for brand, marketing and communication projects, and I prepare legal notes and guidelines for business teams.
